Grandparents’ Day was organised on 19th September, 2026, bringing together nearly 200 grandparents, 150 parents and their grandchildren for a meaningful celebration of family values and intergenerational bonds.
The programme was graced by Chairman Mr. Prakashchandra Shetty, Trustee Mrs. Tara Prakashchandra Shetty, Principal Mr. George Kurian, and Chief Guest Mrs. Bharathi Shetty, Retired Staff Nurse, Almana General Hospital, Saudi Arabia.
The event featured a warm welcome, interactive games, music, dance and engaging activities that encouraged grandparents and grandchildren to participate together. Their enthusiastic involvement added warmth and significance to the occasion.
The celebration provided an opportunity to recognise the important role of grandparents in nurturing children through their love, wisdom, guidance and life experiences. The occasion concluded as a memorable celebration that strengthened family bonds and reinforced the values of respect, gratitude and togetherness across generations.
